Our Story
Founded in 2018, Arbor Incorporated provides tax, accounting, payroll, business management, virtual CFO executive functions and consulting services to private companies, individuals, high net worth individuals and international organisations. We pride ourselves on our technical abilities when delivering expert tax and accounting opinions to individuals and corporates. We currently service clients based across South Africa and the United Kingdom.
One of our specialties is addressing all South African Revenue Services issues including financial emigrations services and tax recoveries. We service a wide range of industries including clothing and textiles, real estate, green energy, recruitment, financial services, early start up, advocates and legal firms, FMCG and manufacturing concerns.

About the Founder
Matt Saunders is a registered Chartered Accountant. He has had a career spanning 15 years starting in auditing, then financial management in publishing and print media and executive positions in financial services. Afterwards, he broadened his experience in London working in private equity involved in residential and health care real estate development, manufacturing and digital media in various regions such as Poland, the Netherlands, Australia and the United States.
Matt is a scholar of taxation, holding a lecturing post for two years at a private university in Pretoria. In his spare time he can be found on a bicycle, reading non-fictional books or running his dog.
